Able Sisters Fan Crafts
We are a team of hobbyist crafters, media and pop-culture fans, gamers, readers, and enthusiasts. We mix up things with other things that Should Not Be Mixed. We’ll try anything that sounds fun.
If we’re known for anything, it’s our teddy bears, which are generally firmly at the intersection of Cute and Geeky. We also make pins, quilts, purses and other accessories, pillows, giant stuffed video game consoles, calligraphy of words that you probably don’t want hanging on your wall, and upcycled/recycled jewelry.
Our members:
Em, who sews, paints, designs our website, usually staffs our Etsy store, and arranges our display tables down to the molecule
Sarah, who starts most of our teddy bears, sews, writes our website, comes up with crackpot ideas, and procrastinates
Jay, the Able Brother-In-Law, who designs hand puppets, helps to staff the table, and tells anyone who will listen that we are awesome
