Bei Mondi
Bei Mondi (Beautiful Worlds) was created in 2009 by artist Leslie Zabel.
It features hand forged jewelry made with twisted copper and sterling silver wire. One of her favorite materials to work with is lampwork glass made my some amazing artists. Each piece is unique with its own special details, brilliance and shine. She also often uses gemstones in her pieces which have a multitude of colors and variations. She tends to use stones with inclusions or natural characteristics because they hold an earthy flair that she finds beautiful.
Leslie is constantly looking for new techniques and “out of the ordinary” supplies to bring a level of fun and interest to her pieces. She believes that taking a chance and trying something a little different is what makes a creator an artist.
