Pop Up Pittsburgh! Up On the Hilltop! is a project of Leadership Pittsburgh Inc.’s Leadership Development Initiative (LDI) Class XVII. On Saturday, May 15, 2010 from 1-5pm, LDI Class XVII will host Up On the Hilltop!. The event is a one day community festival designed to engage and positively impact the Hilltop community in Pittsburgh. Up On the Hilltop! aims to promote an appreciation of the Hilltop community’s current assets and potential, and encourages people from outside the community to experience the richness of the Hilltop’s ten unique neighborhoods.

We will be under a big tent offering DIY crafting activities for kids both weekends of the Three Rivers Arts Festival.
Friends: Bring your kids out to see us and they can create their own one of a kind craft-tastic projects.
Artists: Share your knowledge as a demonstration artist in our tent and sell your wares at the Festival.

We’re taking the show outside for a three day craft extravaganza in the South Side Works. And, that’s not all, enjoy live entertainment, food and drinks all day and into the evening. We will be set up in an outdoor bazaar featuring new and returning vendors.
