In this 90 minute workshop, you will learn the basic principles necessary to take beautiful photos of your work with minimal tools and equipment. With these essential techniques, it won’t matter if you have a fancy DSLR, a point and shoot or even a camera phone–you will get great results that feature your creative work for use in all sorts of advertising and online selling. The class will focus on creating optimal light and composition for any and all materials, and also how to work with a scenario that is less than optimal to get the best results and make your work shine! With a mixture of discussion and demonstration, we’ll both tell you and show you how to achieve great images of your work. The class will also include time for Q&A and discussion about your specific setup.

Instructors: Samantha & Nathan of : Porter Loves

Nathan is always on the lookout for a great photograph, a delicious new recipe, and a chance to play the nerd card.

Sam is always looking for groovy patterns, cute puppy dogs, and all things green.
