Neighborhood Blonde

I began crafting at a young age under the creative tutelage of my mom and grandmothers. My current obsession is with paper, but I also knit and do cross stitch. I adore making cards because I also enjoy receiving them! There’s nothing better than getting a card and finding out that someone’s thinking of you!

I try to live an environmentally responsible life and this belief has become part of my crafting process as well. I use as much recycled, repurposed, and found paper as possible. Even the scrapbook paper I use is often recycled and contains soy-based inks. But I also believe that just because an item is recycled, it doesn’t have to look that way. It’s what I call eco-chic.
