Never New Furniture
Never New Furniture was started by Zakaria Tefft in Providence, Rhode Island. As a carpenter, working on historic homes, he saw first hand how much historic materials were just thrown away. He salvaged the materials and began experimenting on how to reuse them. After mastering the difficult material, he began making furniture and housewares. Meghan McCaffery, an illustrator, added hand painted touches to incorporate another dimension to the work. As a team, Never New Furniture’s goal is make one of a kind furniture that is artistic and modern, completely reused, and functional.
