New House Project

I live with my husband Junji and three-year-old daughter in Cleveland.  (Although I am originally from Pittsburgh and miss it a lot!)

I have always been into crafting and making things, but what I make is always evolving.  Now we are living in a small apartment and my work has changed to reflect that.  I don’t have as much room for sewing, so I have been doing a lot more hand-stitching.  I have been making lots of small items that I think will make great gifts for the holidays.  Every item that I am making for this year’s market is hand-embroidered.  It takes a lot of time, but it is something that I love to do, especially curled up on the sofa and the end of a long day!

I also try to use recycled and vintage materials whenever possible.

I studied ceramics in college, and still collaborate on pottery projects with my husband.

We make pottery for children and adults, and we are hoping to have some special pieces ready in time for the sale.
